Digital Transformation in Supply Chain Management: A Global Survey
Abstract
The rapid evolution of technology has significantly impacted the field of supply chain management, prompting
organizations worldwide to undergo digital transformation initiatives. This survey-based research aims to provide a
comprehensive understanding of the current state of digital transformation in supply chain management on a global
scale. By examining the adoption, challenges, and benefits of digital technologies, this study seeks to contribute
valuable insights for both academics and industry professionals. The research methodology involves a structured
survey distributed to a diverse range of organizations across various industries and geographical locations. The
survey addresses key aspects of digital transformation in supply chain management, including the integration of
advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and data analytics.
Additionally, the study explores organizational strategies, investment patterns, and the impact of digital
transformation on supply chain efficiency, agility, and overall business performance. The findings from this global
survey aim to highlight trends, common practices, and emerging patterns in digital transformation within supply
