The technology industry is characterized by rapid evolution, dynamic market landscapes, and intense competition.
In this context, achieving and sustaining competitive advantage is contingent upon the ability to innovate. This
abstract explores the interplay between innovation and competitive advantage within the tech industry, shedding
light on key strategies and factors that drive success. The first section delves into the fundamental role of innovation
as a catalyst for competitive advantage. It examines how technological advancements, novel business models, and
disruptive ideas contribute to the creation of a sustainable edge in the market. Furthermore, the abstract discusses
the importance of fostering a culture of innovation within tech companies, emphasizing the role of leadership,
